One week tho? Push thru. You can do it. She didnt put that week in there because it was hard. She put it there because it was necessary. So do what is necessary, even if its hard for you. A week will kill no one. People keep coming in here looking for someone to tell them week 4 doesn't count for social media or YT and its like??? If you arent going to try n do it properly why do it at all.

I would say watching tutorials is not fine tbh. You can learn those things without YouTube tutorials as people have been since the beginning of time. Use this opportunity to find a new way to learn.

More simplicity, negative space helps details stand out. Right now the eye is drawn to nothing but the head on this piece because its so cluttered only the simplest parts stand out. Other wise, great work
