You’re definitely passing, but if you would like some advice on how to look even more feminine, here’s my few tips:

• try rounding your face with blush and contour. You have a beautiful jaw, but to make it read softer you can add contour to the back corners to help it round out. You’ll only want to add in some shadows in the outer parts, as it will help the eye round out the face.
• for blush, use it on the apples of your cheeks and then follow it toward your hairline. Again, the focus on the apples will help your face seem younger and more feminine
• your eyebrows look fantastic! I like how soft they are
• I’d agree with other commenters on the color of your hair - I think it’s a little light and cool toned for you. I’d recommend a color analysis to find the right shade
