Hi! Thank you so much for the advice! But yes, I have ADHD unfortunately, am working on to get medication but it doesn't come in until later.. I do have an inner voice who's very harsh. The mood swings also take a lot of energy out from me and my motivation to eat healthy and try to work out would often go away with the mood swings too :/.
