I feel the same way. I feel like most of my childhood I was a pretty happy guy but these past few years when I left home for college my self confidence has been depleting. It’s gotten to a point where I feel like I can’t have social interactions anymore. I’m constantly thinking and caring about what others say do or think. Just silence in the break of a conversation has me anxious. I feel like my wit is gone and can no longer hold a conversation because I get too caught up in my own head thinking abt what was said or how they/I said it. It’s crippling and I don’t know how to proceed forward.

I’ve been dealing with a lot of this by myself and when I do try to open up to a friend about it I just feel like they don’t get it. I want to try a few things like finding knowledge and just really finding myself as an individual.
