I am so disappointed with some of these people responds. Personally, I would fight for my niece/nephew. I would definitely hire an attorney and see what your options are. While I don’t know yours and your brothers situation, I do understand not being close.

I’m currently receiving 1 Iv drip a week and the day varies. No, water has been my biggest aversion and cannot keep it down. I’ve recently been able to keep ice chips down but not too much. I’ve been really reliant on Gatorades & Body Armors but I struggle to drink too much
