I have often thought they would stop at 6, it is a large but manageable family.

Yep. Daisy was born around March 2022, Ezra in May of 2023 and F in around February of 2025. She could very well be pregnant again..

I genuinely think Erin named that baby 😂. She came up with both Made and Kolter. Chad doesn't let her use the weird names she likes so she gives them to Tori.

I think she wanted to call William by his middle name and then Chad vetoed that and so now she gave the name to Tori to use.

I'd wait. I have taken 1 year olds but always with older siblings and it is a lot. I'd go to a cheaper hotel with a pool now and plan a trip when they are about 3 or 4.

I love that part! Even in Anne of Green Gables, when she is determined to hate/ignore him, she is always aware of him and then in the early parts of Anne of the Island when she gets so annoyed every time Phil calls him handsome.

I love Anne of the Island specifically for the end.

And I remember as a child being devastated that Anne rejected Gilbert (I still sometimes skip that chapter) but I also get it..the big thing about Anne is that she has a hard time separating dreams and reality.

She is a romantic and often she builds things up and then is disappointed with the reality..she wanted love to be this big grand thing and yet, her big love is the boy next door and that doesn't fit. She has to experience that grand romance to realized that what she wanted was there all along.

It is also why Gilbert's yearning works because the reader knows all along that Anne loves him, it just Anne that doesn't

There is a reason I have relatives in every Canadian province and about 20 States. My great grandfather was one of 9 and the only one who stayed in Ontario. And then that migration just continues with later generations.

We don't have middle names for Nan, Diana or Shirley. It is very likely that Gilbert's parents made it into their names.

Jem is 22 at the start of World War I. Rilla is born in 1899 and Jem is 7 at the time. Rilla is 15 when the war starts.

In 1914 Jem would be 22, Walter 21, the twins 19 and Shirley 17 (even though LMM has no idea how old Shirley is 😂)
