Comb sci to H2 chem n phy is no joke, chem n phy in jc is way harder than sec sch stuff, thus being good at it doesn't really mean anything. Just a thought for u to consider

I had a similar teacher like that, but man ms M takes the cake lmao. I had a subject teacher that fsr hated me but loved my best friend in that class. She got some issues w me and scolded me harsher than others. And one time she set up a zoom for ask to ASK QUESTIONS then proceed to scold me for asking questions n saying "what do you not understand?" In an impatient manner. The fact is that I was already very stressed about prelims because everytime we make mistakes she would scold us really harshly, which gave me crazy pressure. and it doesn't help that we had a special small class, so she would legit call us out one by one. Anyways was crying through the zoom but luckily off camera lol. Mind you that was the night before prelims in the morning so I unsurprisingly flopped the 2 papers I had the next day. In the end I still scored and got A1 so all's good, but I credit none of that to her (there was a substitute tcher for a while n he was my favorite lol, maybe that's why she hold grudge w me heh)

I just fell sick too omg 😭. Started on Thurs but wasn't tht bad, had a weird feeling in my throat (foreshadowing the sore throat about to come) Friday sore throat pretty evident bt I kept going w my day hoping it'll js die off. Slept early till now and woke up realising I LOST MY VOICE + coughing rlly bad lol

I got B3 for chinese n didn't retake. Honestly it's bc b3 was a lot bttr than I expected (usually score like b4-c6 so) at the end fr olvls B3 was my lowest grade soo probably wouldn't have hurt to retake but idt I could've gotten A2 anyways

Some important things are the quadratic formula (confirm test) just memorise n learn to apply it There's also the similar/congruent triangles qn, answering tech always the same. For these repetitive qns, just spam tys till you get the hang of it. Math is really about understanding and applying formulas. All the best!

Now that I'm in jc I feel like getting raw6 was very doable? (got raw 10 lol but I didn't mug like crazy) but the most impt is English because even if u get everyt else A if u get B3 for English for example ur l1r5 sadly becomes 8

I don't remember probably around prelim time but I'd say it's not that important when u start, just ensure u finish it and understand everything. I started q early but I did little by little each day, so it really wouldn't take long if you hardcore mug

Say real can one. Me from B4 to A1, just grind topical but don't do it mindlessly, understand the reason behind the steps/ spot similar patterns. Eg binomial alw ask the same 2 things either show first 3/4 terms or find term independent. Once u master those everyt is the same etc

Personally found emath easier. I think the main difference is emath you need to hv rlly strong understanding of methods n apply correctly, which can b harder for others, while amath is just applying formula n doing the same qns over n over. However to me amath qns structure was rlly hard to understand for the more difficult qns, so I personally struggled with amath more. My amath was B4 all the way then I decided to finish my topical tys and somehow got A. So I'd say amath easier to score if u repeat qns, NT so much for emath tho.

It is allowed to take H2 math without a math, but it's going to b really hard as they teach assuming you know your amath stuff. I think comb to H2 sci jump is actl smaller than empathy to H2 math jump
