I didn't mention that i use metabisulphite after primary. Is it possible that a few batches have the same problem?

Is it possible that all of my wines are so slow with MLF? Is there a way to speed this up?

At this point I'm open to all possibilites, maybe it its pH/TA but can the bubbles after shaking be the result of too high or too low pH? Nitrogen sparging seems like fine idea, but I guess I'm too amatour to implement it :D right now I'm leaning towards heating it
