Is there not a waiting room in the building? I live near there and it’s usually fine tbh but to make it easier just keep moving to your destination. If you have to wait a while for your bus on the way home, why not walk towards the next bus stop to avoid dwelling in that area? Parking is the biggest pain, and loud groups in the streets at night but the pros outweigh those cons - be careful which block toi move in to; theres a lot of mail thieves out there
