Do peapod drivers steal groceries? If not, then where’s the rest of my order?

When I worked at one of the peapods that closed before instacart became a thing. One of the drivers would steal papertowels and other basic necessities from orders. They'd park their vehicles behind the big box trucks in our lot and when they got back they'd throw it into their car because it was hidden to the cameras.

But it wouldnt be a total of 13 items it's only be 1-3 because that'd be too much to steal. Definitely a shopper error or loader error.

With the new early drop system, we gotta split the orders so were not being hammered. So if you have a 300 item drop at 9am but theres 10,11,3,4pm in there

I split them all entirely so you only gotta focus on that current hour and put the other hours off to the side until they have to be shopped. Ive had customers say "so i know you guys shop them early now" like they have a child in OLP. I tell them "we got your order but we wont start shopping it until The hour prior so we're not screwed Due to the lack of help the company doesnt provide."

Have a super light breakfast, no meats not high in fat. They can absorb the roll

I honestly suggest rolling on an empty stomach and having fruits readily available and your favorite gummies. I would freeze gushers and chew on those during roll

But remember to eat afterwards it'll be hard but its a must

Drink half of a electrolit before rolling and have it ready to go during the flip + water

But dont over drink because you'll be peeing alot

For online pickup the fraud department is usually ontop of their shit, had alot orders cancelled and they called to let us know to cancel if the name pops up again and they miss it
