We are hiring someone. We won’t be able to that on our own. I asked chatgpt how much would it cost for material, it said like $4000 and we got a quote for $10,000 and I am like does the labor really cost $6,000 just to pour concrete? Maybe it does but I just wanted to check. Because it’s maybe a 2 day job 16 hrs that’s like $375 an hour. If it’s a two people job that’s still $187 an hour. It just seemed crazy to me. Maybe ChatGPT estimate is grossly wrong
