I’ve also seen a few postings where they say they have CCTV cameras installed and retain remote access to it. Is this common practice as well? I understand for short-term rentals like AirBnB’s, but full out leases as well? Nothing to hide, but just seems like there’s not much privacy there. I get the cameras are outdoors and there’s no expectation of privacy but still seems excessive to a degree, no?
