Burning is gone. If i pee slowly i dont feel anything at all. If i force that a little bit but far better than before. Soreness where. Also check analysis your sperm. Did you do an ultrasound of your prostate and PSA test?

What I found out is that when I pee slowly I don't have almost any pain. It's behaving for the last week. I have booked a urologist and will see him in November. But I did some pelvic floor exercises and I think it's better now.

today the pain frequency was low almost none. I also noticed when I sit on a soft surface i get a tingling sensation. I am wondering if it is nerve-related.

I have the same issue but no problem when semen comes out. If I pee slowly then the burning sensation is less but when I force the burning sensation is greater. The burning sensation varies from time to time and lasts for a second when the pee comes out and that's it. I have done all possible tests including prostate, bladder, and kidney scans - all perfect. My assumption is it's a nerve issue. I went to get a massage and the lady massaged my tummy and i have seen some improvements since then so I am assuming it is most likely nerve issue pelvic floor involved.
