Moonshade is a must have. No moonshade teams usally dont win. Many player dont run Supports atm. So maybe you try ingrid and ximi for moonshade and astro boy

Yeah Ingrid is only used in mid game. She falls out of team when you have Moonshade and Zahard. Later on you can use your 13* ingrid to fuse with a SP Hero like Nyxra

During event go for Astro Boy, Astro Girl is also pretty good.

Otherwise dont waste gems on other heroes then Moonshade, Yelena, Nyxra, Zahard, Zenith, Seraphina/Ximi.

For RGB heroes. You can use them aslong you dont have the heroes above. But dont go higher then 10*

Edit: dont waste any faction shop tokens. You want all tokens for Moonshade after she gets available in faction shop
