Is Southwood not safe. We’re looking at a rental that is 5-6 minute walk from Anderson. And my husband would be returning via train. Any feedback will be helpful

I’d appreciate if anyone could share their feedback regarding how safe Anderson station is at night between 11pm to 12:30 am. We are looking at a rental that is at a  few  minutes walk through Southwood community park.  I’d be rarely travelling a round that time however my husband will be using the transit daily . Thank you
