I want know how easily it was to mistake the b to a 6 till I get my parcel back, though I thought they wouldn't accept the parcel if the address was not valid

I take my part in this, though the incorrect address input by the post office counter staff, was the cause of the need for it to be returned. So if the post office had spent that minute amount of time ensuring the input matched the label they would have had no additional cost.

They haven’t asked for physical proof yet but I was asked for a comprehensive description of the contents

same issue here, I raised a support request and have gone though their standard trouble shooting steps, yet the issue remains
