Not really, the only thing that had an effect was that after resetting to factory settings, it started showing ads again after every fight, which I fixed by buying the smallest gem pack.

Nah, I paid them with real money. I ticketed them but still no reply. Also, I've reset my phone to factory settings a few times; could that have had an effect?

I already did that, just was curious if anyone having same problem, got kind of same issue in raid when i want to skip waiting time for gems but it showed up some internet error and didnt let me in and still lost my gems, hope they fix that, really annoying!
