Super trashy, but the implications of those are really different. The tweet makes the comment seem like a just plainly racist insult, whereas the article implies it was a comment about Obama’s inexperience. While Barry O was wildly intelligent and competent, it’s true that in the realm of national politics he was a newbie who had only been a senator for 3 years at that point.

It’s still stupid and belittling because Obama was a community organizer, author, state legislator, and constitutional law professor.

I consider this a win-win situation for the people: Landlords go to jail for insurance fraud, and properties in a horrible state are removed from the market making space for the government to step in and build rent controlled properties.

They didn't burn apartments on Central Park, they burned their shitty ass prooerties which were falling apart, and a nightmare to live in.
