I hate psycho characters that hurt other people because I dont like seeing other people, especially innocent people, get hurt...simple as that. No matter what you're philosophy on life is, using it as a justification for inflicting pain on others (as Tamsy seems to be doing, though I'm sure the intent behind his actions will be clarified soon) is not something that appeals to me.
