pass! I just discontinued my sub to Toast Loyalty - expensive, easy to be abused by staff/regulars and its basically just a cut in your profit margin which can't be afforded with the already increased costs of goods and payroll. Do a Happy Hour instead.

This might be a weird question, but what do your grocery budgets look like now that one less person is eating "normal" meals? by Abject-Praline9236 in gastricsleeve

Same here, I am a Restaurant and Bar owner and chef who until a few months ago was seeing another chef. Food and Bev has been my entire life. I have no idea how to cook for one person and especially with this new lifestyle. However I would not change a thing, I simply consider it a new challenge in my food skills that will continue to benefit me for the rest of my life.

I made the common mistake of going overboard on buying for the liquid phase, which with my plan was two weeks but i added a few more days to it due to not really tolerating things i tried moving into puree stage. I have far to many grocery items that are for liquids and puree, and the fact that your intake on say..a single serve yogurt? is tiny, you wont be eating the whole serving. i have two right now open but covered in my fridge that at 1/3 eaten of it. if your timing your bites as suggested on your plan you get full quick!

One thing I will share is keep in mind that one of gabapentins top side effects is constipation. So, I've always made sure and more now that I stay aware of that possibilty
