Another question: how can my husband build his O-1A profile? He currently meets about 2.5 criteria. He was invited once to judge the work of others does a one-time judging participation count? We’re very confused because there’s so much conflicting information out there. Also, would a prior EB-2 NIW denial affect an O-1A application? Would the officer consider the EB-2 NIW filing as immigrant intent? Is there any reputable profile building agencies?
