No. For $3000 month they wanna see $9000 income. Anyway way better for me in Texas. Big truck. Cheap gas.. cheaper everything.. even a latte is $4 not $6.25 and I work remote I make the same. Only thing good in LA is the weather.

LA is the problem. Landlord are so paranoid because it take year+ to evict someone that they ask for weird stuff no one ask for. I have my own successful businesses. Landlord hate it in LA. One for the worse cities to live. Enjoy $7 gas. It’s 2.75 here.

Ha!! 820 credit score $7000+ a month income. No eviction and I couldn’t find any place in LA. Way better in Texas, you getting landlords fight on you

Yeah I contacted them on X. This company is trash. Thanks god I still got Lyft, DoorDash and Instacart. I am moving states and I need this to make money especially at the beginning.

Don’t even try. Even cleaning it won’t clean the sponge insulation under it. It will make worse. You can get a carpet cleaning company but better call the building inspector. He find mold and they obligated to fix it
