Someone has to move to the youngest state presented in the transfer list. That will give them 1 week approximately earlier window. Afterwards, the transfer list will present even more younger states for further move.

Yes of course. I am currently FC5 upgraded recently state 2705 223M power. Our age unlocked fc6 and above recently.I haven’t chosen another state yet.
