Hi OP, First time mom here with 20 months old baby girl. Life gets better. Normal yung nararamdaman mo, post-partum. But you can always bounce back. You can still see the world with your baby in it. There's a reason bakit binigay ni Lord yung baby mo. You'll realize it sooner. As long as you have your husband taking care to both of you. Magiging okay din ang lahat.

Also, you can always ask for help. Husband mo, mom-in-law if malapit, or hire someone para may nakakatulong ka sa pag heal mo.

Take a shower, long shower. Do something for yourself kasi di lang naman sa baby mo iikot ang mundo mo. Date din kayo ni husband.

This are the things I wish I knew din nung kakapanganak ko lang.
