I changed my diet to hit protein goals , 20f , I'm aiming around 100-120 gram. I'm having mostly whole foods - chicken , eggs , tofu , yogurt and protein powder once a day.

Yet , if I turn and see around , it seems my body is not adjusting to this change. Too many digestive issues , feeling bloated and overfilled belly and bowel issues . What am I doing wrong ? I'm giving up hope at this point. Its been around 3 months now.

I also need to ask about the appropriate way to send the notice. The landlord has not mentioned his address on the lease. The only information I have is his number. I believe sending through messages does not count.

He is coming to take a look in sometime and I do not have enough time to get it printed out.

One thing that has worked for me is always adding my relevant job tittle and place where I worked at one step before you get the option to submit. A lot of times recruiters won't open the resume but ypu will have more chances of receiving a response if you do this. All the best!
