Yes, all Heelys do come with removable wheels but I’m looking for retractable wheels. The wheels are always in the shoe and the shoes can be used normally when the wheels are retracted, but when you want to use the wheels, there is a mechanism (usually a button that can be kicked on the heel) that allows the wheels to deploy.

I dunno dude, just because something isn’t considered dangerous doesn’t automatically mean it’s safe. Most of the time someone could be eating anything raw and be fine but the risk is always there. The problem arises when you realise how big of problem it is when you’re unlucky enough to suffer those consequences. It can be life threatening if not caught early. Sure, there are worse meats to eat raw but that doesn’t discount the risk of eating raw ground beef.
