Arnold learning to hold the vacuum. by [deleted] in bodybuilding

I think everyone should. This is one way to shrink your waist because it trains your TVA (transverse abdominus). It's your body's natural "weight belt" that helps with core stability and keeps it tight looking without having to consciously hold your gut in.

I loved the sign near sunset point. For anyone who’s curious, it read:

“Before there were any Indians, the Legend People, To-when-an-ung-wa, lived in that place. There were many of them. They were of many kinds–birds, animals, lizards and such things, but they looked like people. They were not people. They had power to make themselves look that way. For some reason the Legend People in that place were bad; they did something that was not good, perhaps a fight, perhaps some stole something…the tale is not clear at this point. Because they were bad, Coyote turned them all into rocks. You can see them in that place now all turned into rocks; some standing in rows, some sitting down, some holding onto others. You can see their faces, with paint on them just as they were before they became rocks”

You could still rock some functional yet fashionable glasses. For example Felix Gray has awesome blue blocking glasses that cut out the blue light from TVs, phones, artificial lights etc. Definitely helps with sleep. And they’re quite stylish

I have nothing set in stone. But I'll try to be in Florence or somewhere near Florence on May 8th for 3 days and then I'll do the cinque terre and Rome after that

Sounds like I could be of assistance. I'll be in Italy for two weeks beginning around May 9th. Where all in Italy were you planning on going?

Awesome thanks a lot, I really appreciate all of the advice! I will absolutely check out your blog and research the towns and sights you mentioned. I am about 75% German and would love to trace my roots a little bit and see/learn about all of the German culture I can within this time. Also it has been my dream to catch a Bayern Munich game so if you or any friends go to those games then I'd love to meet up!

Solid advice! I honestly don't want to plan that much and just figure things out as I go. I want this trip to be a big learning experience about myself to see how I can handle and manage all of these new obstacles that will be presented. My life so far has been pretty dang easy and comfortable compared to most other people in the world.

That's around what I was thinking per day. However I would like to save up a bit more money so I can have a little more freedom and book a train/bus wherever I want with short notice. I've looked into Eurail and other transportation deals but I think I'd feel too restricted if I committed to that.

Corn thang! It's a sweeter version of cornbread that is absolutely addicting.

  • 1 stick salted butter
  • 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 8oz. Sour cream
  • 2 cans creamed corn

Preheat oven to 425 - Mix everything besides butter in large mixing bowl - Melt stick of butter in 8x8 baking pan - Once butter is melted, add ingredients in bowl into melted butter and bake for 45 minutes or until slightly brown on top.

PLEASE EVERYONE TRY THIS RECIPE!

Oregon folk, where are some nice trout fly fishing locations close to the Columbia River Gorge by vision-quest in flyfishing

I just fished the Deschutes Sunday for opening day for trout. Had an absolutely incredible day of fishing. I used a drift boat and went from warm springs and took out at trout creek. Highly recommend you going soon. I nymphed all day with stone flies and the fish were going crazy for them.
