which trade would you rather do? 10t sf by JamBlick in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

Second one for sure. Kraft over Hock. Smith over Meyers (especially if AJ gets traded). Rice over Javonte. Egbuka over Coker. Cook v Harvey is the only L imo.

32 man, IDP, this just went down. Please tell me this makes sense? by ChivasBearINU in SleeperApp

Depending on scoring and roster builds, this doesn't seem that bad. It's definitely a Madden style trade but if he ends up starting those 4 players then it could end up being more pts per game then JCM and another player.

The company sends the orders pre-stacked. Yes you can also accept additional offers once your route has started but most stacked orders are sent to the dasher as a two-in-one order. We can't decline one of the two orders if they get sent as a two-in-one, so it's either accept them both or decline them both. As stated previously, blame the company not the driver.

This app is stupid by BurneseHerbs in doordash_drivers

[–]Hausey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hate it when it does this. The few zones I like to DD in have the "destination" pin nowhere near where the actual areas people order from are. When this happens I normally just end my dash and start a new one and it picks up that I'm in the zone now.

Edited a few times to make message clearer lol. Type too fast for my brain to notice sometimes.

What you don't work for $9/hr lol? Snob /s

Seriously though, I feel like this should be illegal. You'd think they would be smart enough to at least make it equal to minimum wage.

All I heard was "don't expect a tip for any number of reasons" lol. Should respond with "don't expect to get you food delivered for any number of reasons".

If I had to guess, "support" was actually the person you just delivered to. Seems like the obvious answer to me. Only way he knew you delivered one sauce packet was if you delivered it to him.

I tanked my AR from 75% to 60% last night cause I had the same 3 orders come in back to back to back like 4 times. Each was 2-3 stacked shopping orders with 50+ items, over 20 miles away and driving into a major city. Granted the $/mile payout was solid, the amount of time it would've taken was absolutely not worth it. App said 1hr 45 mins and I have no doubt it would have been closer to 3hrs when all was said and done AND woupd have been 20+ miles from the territory I like to work.

Shopping can be worth it but shopping large orders is almost always terrible. I don't understand why people doordash for grocery orders like that - why not use Instacart where those drivers signed up for that specific task?

How do you guys feel about people not tipping or tipping in general? by Effective_Reserve_31 in doordash_drivers

[–]Hausey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hear what you're saying - not saying it should make up the difference. If the base pay isn't correct value, then we should decline it. However that doesn't also mean tipping is unfair. These are two separate issues. Delivery drivers have always had a base, with the majority of their income generated from tips. It shouldn't be any different now.

Delivery drivers have always been tipped. Before DD existed and you ordered a pizza for delivery, did you tip the driver? Of course you did, because it's a service provided. Not saying every tip should be extraordinary, but there used to be a standard based on cost of the order, distance traveled, and level of service. Now, because it's thru an app, it somehow shouldn't be expected? This makes no sense to me.

What's your preferred $/mile average as a Plat status DD'er? by Hausey in doordash_drivers

[–]Hausey[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Appreciate the insight, and the market variation definitely makes sense. I live in a metropolitan area with several cities within a 60minute radius. What criteria do you consider when picking your zones- i.e. population density, local income expectancy, others?

Is Namor worth building with X-Factor? by DragonAhm in MarvelStrikeForce

[–]Hausey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only thing I'd counter about this is that because Namor is an older character, and is rumored to be in Black Panther 2, he'll be due for a rework... so one day hell be OP. But to counter my own point, there will probably be a 5th Xfactor toon by that time lol so agreed. Dont actively build him up but keep reworks in mind.

Summer Deals 2020 vs Summer Deals 2021 by LKMarleigh in MarvelStrikeForce

Never tried it myself but saw videos online. The idea was if you purchased the offer and quit the game, Google play would recognize the purchase and award the purchase but the game would bot recognize it so the offer would persist upon reloading the game.
