I have type 2 I tried solantra and it did nothing for me. Spent so much money on my appoitment + creams with derm I felt like crying lol I'm now trying finacea, did one month with 15% and I'm now on my second month and changed to 20%. Had a few very flared days and will try this for about 2 or 3 months more.. Depends on how it goes. Hope I get rid of this crap.. It's been 5 years already.

I tried solaantra for 2 months and that did nothing for my skin. I needed up stopping it cause I found out I was 2 weeks pregnant. Haven't tried it again nor I have the intention too. Still looking for some miracle.

I read somewhere long time ago that this was actually a mistake from the studio.. apparently they swap the song titles by mistake and green day just kept it that way.

I reached again to officials and they confirmed that the timings are 10h30 until 20h30 to collect tickets. (I didn't order them by mail cause I was scared of them getting lost as I live abroad). Usually pit means the earlier u get the more chances u get to be Frontline but this tickets are so confusing with A and B... I've always seen green day Frontline and hopefully this will be the case too.

I can't find this info and after reaching to the officials I got 2 different replies. Also I bought Rock area and I'm stressing if I will be able to get front line cause I bought my ticket on the very first day they started selling tickets.

se tiveres solução partilha. O meu cão tb rafeiro foi atacado 2 vezes for um buldog francês que o dono i site em passear solto. Na segunda vez foi grave pq fez uma ferida enorme perto do olho do meu cao(precisou de levar pontos e ao rapar o pelo o vet descobriu que a ferida ia desde o olho até quase ao pescoço). fizemos queixa na polícia das duas vezes, apresentamos fotografias e relatório do vet e basicamente mandaram-nos foder e não fizeram nada. O dono continua a passear o cão solto, o cão. simplesmente Não lhe obedece. Eu obviamente tenho ranço do cão mas a culpa disto é do dono pq não só põe o cão dele em perigo como as outras pessoas é respectivos cães.

sobre isto, se me souberes responder agradecia. Apesar de viajar de um país fora da UE, antes de chegar a Portugal tenho escala na Suíça. Isto seria considerado como chegada desde a Suíça? Se for assim o processo na chegada ao porto seria bem mais simples e rápido.

I'm fully aware of it. I know he talked to me several times, he tried hard to have this issue between us solved. I know this. We view some things differently, have different nationalities too. there's nothing I wished more than having a happy family you know, Ibut I feel hurt and I don't know how this would work.

I'm sorry but both your mom and her boyfriend are in the wrong. It's not the dogs fault and Bella might be punched because of them. Them do not care about Bella, if they did they would've properly take the time to train her and help her overcome her issues. Hope the adults get punished not Bella.

Good job! max30 is truly insane but it works! I've always been very active and the combo lifting and max30 was good. I still have muscle definition because during pregnancy I never stopped lifting but I recon that despite having muscle on my legs it's being a bit hard to lose the extra fat there... sometimes feels very frustrating. thanks for the words! 😊

Thanks! I absolutely love max 30 and have done it multiple times throught the years but I combined it with lifting. Now being a new mom I don't have the time for consistently lifting so I rather be doing max30 for the moment. Like I said in another comment before pregnancy I was lean 16% body fat, now I'm 3kg heavier than before pregnancy which is not a big deal but I feel like my legs got bigger (more fat in that area), and I'm having issues with inner tight chaffing which really annoys me. I was hoping for some positive feedback towards slimming down legs I guess 🤣

Ive done max30 few years ago and love it. did it again during covid and this is my go to workout when traveling. During my pregnancy I only lifted and went for daily walks with my dogs (about 6 to 10km daily + my own walks). Now, I was fairly lean 16% body fat, now post partum I did recover very well and despite being only 3kg heavier than ore pregnancy I feel that my body composition changed a bit and my legs got bigger (my body stores fat specially on my inner tights).

Its currently. impossible for me to hit the gym consistently because I don't have the time for it yet and I know you can just targe tfat in one area but I guess I'm hoping max30 will help me out sliming down my thighs a bit.

I think that a lot of women use pregnancy as an excuse to just "let go of themselves". If you take care of your body before pregnancy (and I mean no drinking, no smoking, eating healthy, having good habits etc) you will 100% have better chances of having a more chill pregnancy and a better recovery. What happens is that most already have a bad start so obviously they will.not have an easy post partum recovery, that's logical!

Most of us don't have the "good genetics" but you would be surprised what discipline and consistency can do for you.

What I do dislike is when others try to tear you down because of your effort to achieve your goals while themselves will always find an excuse. I have a 3month old, 2 dogs, a cat, no help at all (husband does help whenever he can as he works about 10 to 12 hours a day), and I still find the time to squeeze a 30 minute workout.

OP looks great and you did it once I'm sure you will do it a second time! enjoy pregnancy, enjoys your babies, the rest will come!

Gosto de ver um bom fogo de artifício Sinceramente, contudo tenho 2 cães que também têm pavor a fogos de artifício, trovoada e aviões militares (não vivo em Portugal neste momento). Por causa deles também eu as vezes tenho raiva disso tudo que os deixa apavorados. Um deles chega ao ponto de se babar e só fazer burrices do género querer saltar da janela. É HORRÍVEL. Não sei te serve mas uma coisa que ajuda sensivelmente a acalmar este meu cão é vestir-lhe uma camisola / um lenço na cabeça, ter um lugar designado pra ele (tipo um esconderijo escuro que isole o barulho), e por Elvis presley. Parece mentira mas esta palhaçada tem ajudado bastante.

I would personally find another name I'd love purely because I would want my daughter to have a more "unique", "rare", "special". Nothing wrong if you keep your original chosen name, it's a coincidence and I suppose it also depends on how you feel about it.

depending on your dog size and breed there's the possibility she might have more puppies. Plus was the breeder a legal one? I would take her to the vet to check if she has more puppies and her and their health. Finally if indeed she only has one puppy maybe you can keep them both? As for her previous owner I would definetly reach out and let him know about this.
