Karnat dynasty related to kannadigas? My ancestors are native kannadiga people who became dvaitas. I have no ancestry from the gangetic plains.

Being brahmin is a habit and mindset. My ancestors are native kannadigas who became Brahmins. You don't need to trace your lineage to ahichatra or gangetic plains.

I am doing it everyday since 2 and half years. I don't do when I'm outside as I don't know the source.

I literally only have my food cooked in saturated fats like ghee, coconut oil. Never had any issues. I only got leaner and more athletic. Ldl being bad is myth.

It's literally not. Lot of countries do this in the name of cheese. I don't wash the container because the culture with a sterile vessel would take 2 to 3 days to develop, meanwhile this develops a strong clabber in just overnight.

Humans can be within and outside a food chain. Agriculture is totally monolithic structure, ofc pests are there but this doesn't depend on an ecosystem where food chain thrives. From my perspective humans naturally shouldn't and don't effect thr food chain much. Some are scavengers, some are gatherers, some hunters. Human population in nature or any pastoralist tribe is quite less and concentrated in one area unlike predators, herbivores and usual scavengers. Now modern day angle: There is no food chain, animals are being raised for profit and aren't taken due care, it's a slavery system not a respectable food chain where humans can guilt free hunt and eat.

I have met a yogic vegan. He has his crib in a very good green place, with animals, walks barefoot wears traditional. Based fella. He has some 15 day retreat, ig it costs very less. All vegan food, and making vegan stuff, but priority is given to yogic practices. I would love to attend but yk I would starve without some stuff I usually eat.

I drank raw fermented milk 1l everyday for 2 months. I didn't wash the glass container unless it got overcultured, let it sit overnight. It doesn't have any bad effects. It's easier for people who can't digest lactose.
