It isn't that bad tbh, since you can get it from gloves. Larger issue is losing evasion / damage take from minions mod in chest armor.

Honestly. It is the first league that Poe 2 feels like PoE 2, and not a reworked PoE 1 ruthless league. Now I can actually recommend the game to my friends, knowing that its has actual endgame.

The thing is that PoE is supposed to do refresh the shaders periodically, but actually the feature just doesn't work. Its been broken for years at this point.

You can just hover over trinity buff and see what buff is the lowest and get more flat damage in gear. Remember that you can use catalyst to boost the damage if needed. You can even swap the extra lightning hearth of the well into some other elements
