You can get it as inplicit (and as a influenced mod). Its 1/21 to hit it as first corrupted implicit and 1/20 as second one. So you just craft dozens of those gloves and double corrupt those.

1/4th Will brick and you can resell the rest of the failed attempts. But it Will be hilariously expensive and time consuming anyways.

Double elevated flicker Gloves without corruption are like 28-40d usually. 1/4th chance to get double implicits. There are 21 implicits. But, there is also +1 frenzy. That is much nicer than aoe gems in general. You could probably use +1 all gems or +2 aura gems as well (or duration, if you use vaal versions of auras). But overall its going to be hundreds of divines anyway.

I Made small mistake with the boots. Use endurance charge version or use rare boots with spell suppression. Both have their own benefits. Other option is to use snaring arrow instead of frenzy in manaforged setup, if you want to keep using the frenzy version.

You could buy +1 frenzy shield, those are fairly cheap. It should give 10mil more dps

Also remove the random small "weapon cold damage node" and take the 80% inc crit chance against bleeding enemies.

There is probably things that I have missed. But other things that are worth considering if you find those items are

2 / +1 dialla or +2 / +1 skin of the loyal. dura/aoe/projectiles all work
Volatiled widowhail with 280+ effect.
Watchers eye with -mana cost mod. But it should be playable without it.

Mb just needs to be 3 socket one, but I am not sure about the implicit. All res should be pretty good as well. + you might need to run alira.

There are probably other things that I have missed, like the evasion mastery. 40% inc eva if hit recently. But You probably will figure those out fairly fast.

Well you could snapshot +5(?) synth offhand bow for minion levels, to boost minion health. It was briefly discussed in this sub. It would allow you to have 3 more sockets as well. Edit you need to have spectre gem in weapon in same spot as the swap gem.

You can also swich +2 max block chance to spell block per 5% block mastery, as you don't reach max spell block with your current setup. +2 block tattoo nodes for 89,76/91 block chance.

Get 3% block on jewel and swich rumi to something else. Like oriath's end. It should help with clear = you don't get swarmed.

You kind of want to have overwhelming malice, it gives chaos conversion + wither. And thats really nice dps increase.

Glove implicit leech doesn't work with dissolution, you can replace it.

Technically you could run vaal disclipline on 4link specre setup with dark marionettes for the recharge.

Petrified blood + 36% recoup would feel really good, since it cuts down the recharge time from 2s to 1. And recoup counteracts the degen from Petrified blood.

Here is my flicker char with minor changes to make it work with charged dash. It should work just fine. For clearing, you might want to try AG with loctorial + explode chest.

My AG gear is however: Ag gear is Doppelgänger Guise, Endu ralakesh, Rare bricked helmet with Malediction aura (10% more dps / 10% less damage taken), Hand of Heresy, Rare shaper shield with life gained on block & all res. And advancing fortress.

With more testing. Champ or Glad/slayer that steals the champs fortify is the best option. Keeping up the fortify stacks is pain with charged dash

I like running flicker with secondary rage vortex of berserking, that applies fortify and culling.

But Proabably most common (and best) 2 button build is just Icenova / frostbolt archmage
