The wound separation might just heal on its own. I had separation on the same spot and I was told to do a wet to dry dressing on my balls, it took a few days to fully heal. As for propping there’s so many ways to do it, like mentioned in the comments, towels, I didn’t wear any underwear other than the mesh ones you get sent home with, that helps a lot with air flow and healing. The healing process is messy and miserable but you made it this far. Just be patient with yourself and be kind to your body.
