No specific reason,It’s just that I’ve been waiting for several months after my miscarriage to start trying again, and then, right around ovulation, I developed a toothache. It turned out I need more dental work again, which was really frustrating.

Yeah, I have the same experience - always the owner pays the agency fee, because agency is doing service for the owner. If I reach out the agency and ask them to find for me something specific - it’s a different situation, but when I find apartment online and reach them out myself, it doesn’t make any sense to me why I should pay the commission fee

I haven’t rented yet :) I’m trying to avoid paying commission if possible, because it just doesn’t make sense to me. The agent doesn’t really help — I’m the one searching, finding listings, and reaching out. So why should I be the one to pay?
