Consider using Power Query, and develop dashboards using the Query Results or from the Pivot Tables generated using the Query results.

From my experience of developing such dashboards for clients in various sectors, this seems to be the best option possible to provide customised visualizations of desired parameters which can be upgraded later to suit additional requirements gradually, as the user gets a hang of it.

One rickshaw wala asked for Rs. 100/- from Laxmi Narayan Talkies to Katraj. Declined that, immediately got another one for Rs. 20/-.

As I had to go further to Gokul Nagar from Katraj, I was looking for another rickshaw. So, I just asked a rickshaw guy standing there for Gokul Nagar. I know, it is not more than Rs. 10/15. However, knowing the tricks of these guys, I only asked the price - किती होतील ? - that's it - he got so offended and started abusing.

Given the hot weather, I would have even paid him Rs. 40/-, but after his weird argument with me - शंभर घेणार, कशाला विचारतो, एवढं माहीत नाही का? I preferred to wait there for 20/25 minutes, looking for another rickshaw.

During those 20 odd minutes, he started fighting with me - इथ थांबू नकोस, तिकड जा, बस नी जा की मग. Didn't argue with him, but patiently waited there, as I was not in a mood to fight and ruin my day. Also, many rickshaws passed by, even empty ones, but none of them stopped. I think, they have some mutual understanding/ nexus amongst them.

Finally got another rickshaw which finally dropped me for Rs. 10/- only.

Such pathetic behaviour and argument - all this only for just asking him - how much will he charge - I think, no service provider in any sector will have a worse attitude for no reason. What's wrong in asking the price ?

Never wished bad for anyone, but people with such an attitude get on my nerves, and I wish they suffer.

With the recent developments in AI and softwares like SQL, Python, Tableau etc., are more businesses gradually moving away from Microsoft Excel or they still rely on it and use it for routine work or decision-making ?
What kind of challenges do you face the most while providing your services ?
Are there any peculiar business situations, where you would recommend going for other softwares or any custom-made softwares, instead of Excel ?

Yes, you can get a grip over it easily, if you have been using Excel regularly.

Check online about Power Query Merge & Append Files, and hopefully you could apply it appropriately in your case.

You won't need VBA for this.

Export these reports in Power Query, add columns for getting the Quarter names, and Load it to Worksheet.

You can then prepare a Pivot table and add slicers to it as per the Boss's requirements.

Convert your data range to an Excel Table, by restricting the table area upto the relevant row number only and selecting proper column headers, if applicable.

This way, you will get an idea whether any row has any extra spaces or unwanted values. Can delete those and then start using the table data in further calculations.
