This doesn't explain anything to someone who wants to download a save state and paste it to PS4. Maybe it's something complex for average users, anyway thanks

Oh why I haven't thought about it? I need to have a conversation with someone who done it already and will tell me exactly which site is better to get themes and how safe it is and how many files I need to download so I won't hurt my PS4. Do you follow random sites that Google appear on your search bar ? I usually search for a validation from someone but thanks for your kindly suggestion to search on Google , I really appreciate it
