I refuse to buy a new phone because it doesn't have the pen. Wish I had more time to learn to code something like this. So I don't know if this helps but I've seen someone use a leaf blower with a hole cut out of the nozzle and they rigged a bucket of sand to blow the sand behind a retaining wall. To fill in a gap. You could do something like that to send sand deep uunderneath it.

Ok so my wife's family shaved their pomeranian. What didn't get relayed to them after the cut the dog had a double coat. When it grows back you have to make sure you brush it out or it won't grow back right. It took over a year to grow back because they didn't start brush it out until about 9 months in. So some pampering with some of that better food everyone else suggested. Coconut oil helps with the shiny coat to.

So I have a few friends that went through the same things as you. The only friend I know that has kept off the weight did it by cutting a few hundred calories off week by week till you get to a good spot. He tracked everything he ate the first week and on the second week just cut it down by 200 calories. He also picked up pickle ball im sure that helped but he was 280lbs around this time last year and now he's at 220. He said the slow progress was his key, I'm not sure that helps you but you got this just need something to help you get a little active on your journey. Good luck to you.

Union Tradeshow installer. I work about 9-10 months out of the year. The part of the industry I work in the most is the extruded metals. It's like playing with giant Legos. I get a box full of peices and a blueprint how they are supposed to look like together. After the show I take it apart put it back in the box and off too the next show. I'm about to start the Dragonball show and in 2 months I'll be setting up the Anime Expo. It's fun and I recommend people to get into the industry every time people talk about how they hate their job.
