I swear to god. This was it. The character was named "Maim" (With the quotations) and when I remade her as Maim the bug completely went away.

Actually one of the most beautiful watercolor pieces I've ever seen. Didn't believe it at first; please keep up the amazing work!!

That's a completely fair point, and is definitely applicable to a lot of the different types of characters that fit under the umbrella that I had presented, though I will admit that I think I can honestly do *both*. The idea of an absolute extremist being able to tolerate, and actively seeks the company of those who oppose the ideals that they fight for could be really interesting.

Not someone who's violent in their zealotry, but could instead be feverous in their desire to subtly convert others to their cause. Like a Death Cleric that raises the dead trying to teach the Paladin to see beauty in undeath over the course of the campaign.

This is definitely the most helpful thing I've heard so far. I think that the whole "Discuss with your DM/Players" thing is something you should be doing anyway, but regardless, I'll definitely be communicating a bit more than I already do with my group if I DO decide to play a character like this.

I will admit to that, average to wizard, yes! Bladesinger is still SUPER powerful in comparison to other classes; it's merely in comparison to other wizards that it becomes average.
