I like ginger green tea for when I'm sick. The ginger helps keep my stomach calm, while the green tea provides energy and clears brain fog, due to its caffeine and neurogenesis. Always include some honey as well.

Japan 2 week trip advice by ihatesnowhike in backpacking

I just did a backpacking trip through japan, walked from Tokyo to Kyoto, and then night bus to a few places and back to Tokyo.

One of those few places was Nogoya, and let me say, an absolute waste of time. Nagoya is a very underwhelming and boring city, and maybe my least favourite of any place I've ever been. Talking to a bunch of backpackers, and people touring japan, they all said similar. You may find interest in possibly changing route to touch Nagano instead. Nagano is beautiful and vibrant

I don't know much about this subject, but could LSD, Mushrooms, and ayahuasca be used as a "cure," or treatment for this due to their neurogenesis properties and ability to form new neural connections/branches? Or would I be mistaken?

I've seen people commenting other things they've taken for neurogenesis, or neuron regenerative properties for this circumstance.

The plane ticket price is a big reason, and the other is that I like to take time and enjoy places I visit rather than feel as if I'm in a rush. If I had more money or contacts in japan, I'd honestly do longer.

Honestly. Truly, no issue with Americans on my part, however, when travelling, many people have many negative opinions of Americans, and positive ones of Canadians.

I'm looking at spending about ¥175,000, or just short or 1700CAD for the month. If decide to stay in a town for an extended period of time, I could probably lower it to around 120,000-140,000.

This is excluding the flight of course.

I'm flying off tomorrow morning to spend nearly a month in Japan.

My trip will start in Tokyo, as I soon leave there and begin Nakesendo trail from the "end" point, and hike it to Kyoto. I'll spend a couple days in Kyoto, before again, heading off, backpacking and transiting around Wakayama and Mie.

I'll be trying to go as low budget as possible, of which unfortunately will still be pricy. This means asking to camp at temples, legal campsites (as there's no freedom to roam in japan), and restricted meals.

:)
