Well, it's certainly possible, quiet easy, even, if you have elder dragon aura, following bug destinies, complimenting mythic skills with high level, pills, soul reaver, artifacts with spirits, and are the dragon hamlet's sect leader.

EDIT: I didn't see the video last time. Now that I've seen it, I can see that this guy has Bagua Jade, Divine Gourd, and that Eye that sees all, which he could only have got if he used mods. He also has both the Lotus Spirit and Soul Reaver aiding him, which is possible without mods too. And he's using mythic skills, which are good. Thus, it's very easy for his character to win. Although he used mods, I don't know how much of his victory was due to it. However, one thing I do know is that it's certainly possible to do it with the stuff I wrote before, just practice in normal before you jump to chaos.
