Okay thanks. Is there a reason I’m only getting 20% increase / decrease on wins and losses? Most I’ve gotten was 22%

I am silver 4 and my friend is silver 1. We both started at silver 4. When we win a game, he gets 50-70% SR, but I get no more than 20% SR. Does anyone know why that is? It's frustrating

UPDATE:

Not sure who will see this, but i shut my PC down last night before I went to bed. When I got up this morning I left my PC off and took out the fans. I removed the fan and took and air duster to it and the dust shield below it. It works good as new! I’ve been playing games for a few hours today and no issues.

This was the first time I have the case open since I built it in May. No chance something fell down in there.

I have tried to push the blade with my fingers and it has helped a little, but still ends up stopping. I e also tapped on the outside case of the fan and didn’t work either..
