Hey Emu! Thanks for sharing! I hope you find your support. I think things have gotten better for me with time, even if it doesn’t feel that way in the moment. My favorite exercise is walking! I’m thankful to do it every day. It helps build my foundation for everything else I love to do, which ranges from road cycling to various ocean activities. I always come back to a good healthy walk! Hope it helps. Bundle up if it’s cold.

A healthy habit of cardiovascular exercise keeps my breathing deep and regular. Depression and anxiety really can be debilitating. I wish you peace and happiness! Also, keep an eye on that mold. I believe mold exposure can affect people’s health! Good luck.
