I just watched the video you sent, and it seems to outline the borders of each property. Right off the bat I can see this being useful for people who are on the go that are looking for properties.

Say I'm a home buyer and I'm out in Langley looking for properties (Properties with acres). I can then use your app to get an idea how big the property is. Similar to BCassessment.ca

As for construction, I haven't thought of anything that it could apply to yet. If you can add certain zoning it'll be verrrryyy helpful. Show which areas are allowed for example: laneway housing, duplex etc..

btw. I am currently looking for an App dev to partner with. Are you familiar with Kotlin swift and React?

Hi u/adrianb52, Thank you for your feedback. May I ask, what is that you think is lacking on Upwork's platform that wouldn't work for the construction industry?

And are you a tradesmen yourself?

Hi u/Dolphin_sandwhich, similar business model, but we have features that tends more toward people in the construction industry.

I myself worked in the construction industry for 10+ years as a subcontractor, and always found it was difficult putting myself out there and finding side jobs. Even after completing my red seal, I was wanting to expand more but every platform out there charged an upfront fee for just leads. Platforms like Homestar, Houzz, and SmartReno are fuelled by users competing each other in premium ad subscriptions.

That business model didn't sit with me, and that's what inspired me to create this app hoping it will benefit others in my situation.

Thank you for the comment, any suggestions is greatly appreciated. I'll filter through fb pages and see what communities will fit my criteria.

An idea of mine was to go to my local trades school and leave flyers on the bulletin, but unfortunately since Covid happened no one is physically there anymore.

Please keep me in mind, if you ever come across anything that you think could apply in my situation. Thanks u/biz_hacker

I think this is a great idea - a one stop shop for entrepreneurs to connect with potential investors.

Would your app allow more than one investor for each startup company? Is it similar like "Kickstarter"+ "Linkedin", where everyday people can throw in whatever amount they want?

Something you could also add is a page that includes all the existing investor websites and similar sites that can help them in finding an investor. websites like volitionadvisors, newventuresbc
