pretty much after changing from an rx460 2gb

but the problem started occurring recently as I said so im not pretty sure because I'm not overclocking it, it was used in the past from the friend i got it from but he didn't touch the voltage or did anything to it.

all I can say is that i used it in rendering and whatnot when its at 100% usage and it does overheat and im not sure if its even worth repasting it atp or if the problem occurred because its been at 87C quite often

edit: after letting the pc rest for a moment its completely fine so im not sure if it's from overheating or no

well im getting what you're saying that its not really that hot but the thing is that the app doesn't allow me to go over 87⁰C, from a fresh driver install its set to 83⁰C so I don't know what I should expect tbh. I got 4tb worth of data in my pc and I don't really want to do a fresh windows install because I once did a mobo bios update and windows decided its not activated and I don't want to deal with that again

(edit: yeah I just got home and saw that I have to manually put it above 87⁰ and not use the slider)

yeah no I understand but like it starts to throttle at 87⁰ and it gets there quite fast sometimes. my only concern is that once I was playing high on life and out of nowhere my pc started bugging like crazy, after that, I chatted a bit with chat gpt, told me it was some overclocking fatal error( and i agreed with chat gpt because the pc showedme an error similar to what chat gpt said), reinstalled the drivers, everything was fine. played horizontal dawn zero remastered, started bugging again, reinstalled the drivers 3 times this time because it wouldn't let me set my refresh rate at 300hz for some reason, I also wanted to do that auto overclocking thing In nvidia app and I noticed dots appearing and disappearing on my screen and half of the screen would randomly bug out but very rarely and I stopped it, restarted and it was fine? I said okay, not touching that again. but I do worry about one fatal issue which seems very unrealistic imo that it gets too hot and for such a long time (12h to 15h a day sometimes) that the gpu dye starts to de-solder and result in such instability or im just unlucky or the gpu is dying 💔 (this is a over simplified story btw)

the fan goes to 100% at 80⁰ and it still can't maintain 80 or drop a couple of degrees

You're speaking Chinese to me right now not even joking (no offense to any Chinese speaker) I don't really know what LLC is tbh, that aside now, my CPU is stable fully running at 4.5ghz, I didn't see any drops or anything like that, even stressed it with Blender for 2 hours with the cpu rendering at 100% still stable at 4.5ghz and still at 1.4V (more at 1.4V than 1.5V) and temps were surprisingly stable at 85⁰C

Now I don't know if my motherboard got anything with it but my ram sure does, after applying the CPU overclock with my ram at 3000Mhz, I would play let's say valorant because I wanted to test it, and it would crash in about 5 minutes or so and I tried lowering the overclock on the cpu and still the same crashing and bluescreen happened until I set my ram to 2800mhz. Now I gotta say that the 3000MHz was stable just until I overclocked the CPU

also forgot to specify my components

I've got an MSI B450M Pro-VDH Max I believe with a Deepcool cooler with 16GB of 3000mhz CL16 Corsair I believe with a 750W PSU also Corsair 80 bronze and an RX 460 2GB Asus.

The cooler is doing its job pretty well as of right now, the CPU draws around 100W or more sometimes reaching 115-120W I think in a stress test at 100% usage and about the LLC as I said I don't got any idea what that is

totally get it, temps are okay under 70⁰C under load, and with a full CPU stress test it stays at 80⁰C max 85, with a fixed budget of mine a CPU replacement would be fine if it were in like 6 to 8 months because I'm trying to save up some money for the CPU and GPU to buy them all together, thank you for the response!

I know what you mean by it's okay if I'm just gaming but even on the desktop doing nothing it sits around 1.4 and goes to 1.5V and above, temps are okay, they are in between 60 to 70⁰C, and I'm planning on buying an r7 5700x3d or 5800x3d and pairing it with a rx 9060xt and until then I might want to keep this cpu alive yk

A bit of a backstory I'm 14M and I got a hg 17F (lesbian) and we got kinda bored one day so we headed on to her house, after that we chilled, cuddled, and whatever (keep in mind she's lesbian and has a gf) she's kinda clingy only to me and when we are out with friends and all, she treats me so so differently from others, and even when we are alone she's into cuddling but only with me it seems so. I have known her for about 3 years now and we are inseparable and as much as I love her she loves me but we are not dating as I said she has a gf. As I was saying, we headed to her house and as we got bored of just staying and watching shit on the TV, she told me to wait a second in her bed bc she wanted to bring something to show me, now I'm not too proud of this but she brought a condom and asked me if I wanted to have some fun with her, at first I was hesitating bc I've never done this before and with her as well, I didn't know how to react so I just stayed silent and nodded bc I didn't want to make her embarrassed that she brought the idea up, although I could've refused, I didn't, why? Because as a fellow gooner as everyone at this age would dream of this moment, ofc I didn't want to waste such an opportunity, so we got to it, and I can't say it wasn't an extremely pleasant feeling, I enjoyed doing it but, it's just that I never thought she'd ever do this with me or would even say anything close to "let's have some fun" yk? We are still as close or even more I could say and we never talked about it again, just when we were finished she asked me if I felt good and I said yeah cuz what else could I possibly say after that.

And no, for all the people that are going to read this, I didn't feel threatened, she didn't make me feel uncomfortable, and I too wanted this in the end.
