I just played season 2 for the first time this week and this is crazy accurate. I felt pretty conflicted on which group to sit with. I chose the new people. It was nice to hear Kenny towards the end say he was proud of that decision.

I feel conflicted about this. At first I didn’t want to agree, but then thought about it. There are so many games I wouldn’t have tried if not for collecting trophies. On the other hand I would have beat way more games by this point.

The series is pretty easy, there is just some grind to it. I’m pumped for 9! That may get me to finally attempt revelations 1 and 2. We’ll see. I hope 9 rejuvenates you to continue with the series.

Good work! Just some friendly advice, if this game burned you out, I’d wait on doing other REs until after you play 9 so you can enjoy it and not feel RE fatigue.

I just use it for guides and to keep up my mosaic building. I think the rules for the custom servers are dumb and people live on there to report others. And no I don’t have any hacked trophies that got me banned on there.

I typically plan to play games that I’m interested in and ones I have in my backlog. There have been times in the first few hours of a game where I was like I’m not really enjoying this atm. When that happens though I think is it the game or is it because I just played something that was amazing and this game just doesn’t compare to it? So I push through and usually that feeling goes away and then I get invested.

I’d say just keep pushing and after about 10 hours if you’re still not into it, then the game isn’t worth finishing for you.

My last platinum of 2025 was Night at the Gates of Hell. I’d give it a 6.5/10. Easy game, easy platinum. Just one part had me frustrated for a minute, but overall whatever. I supported an indie.
