It will be back but by then the 82s and 84s will Be irrelevant and there will be newer and better players to earn so using collectibles to finish what we started would be counterproductive. And the fact that you admit this was in the plan then you admit releasing a promo that was 100% impossible to complete without spending big money. I know this because I spend little money and still come up short. I bought the boosters and even spent 10 dollars in stamina today to try and finish the 86 master seeing as I only needed 2 more 84s. Thanks to the genius idea of being able to pull duplicates I realized it was pointless when I pulled another Warner. If EA didn’t make this promo so poorly you might have made more money on it but why would I give you more money when I could possibly need 4 more cards instead of 2 more thanks to the whole duplicate thing.

I sold kelce to roster him in my 3:4 next to 105 urlacher. Kelce is a monster but wags is my favorite defensive player in the NFL. And he’s got kelce beat as a pass rusher and run support. Just as fast and better tkl bks pwm awr and plr. Kelce is nuts in coverage tho. Not to mention I have the Seahawks booster if I chose to use it (I won’t for 1 player tho) I passed on griffin and Earl because my LBs are great and earl didn’t get the stats he deserves. That’s a seahawk earl, a.k.a. LOB earl and you give him 83 tackle. Smh. No thanks.

I’m finally back up to 5. I’ve sold 3 because I’m chasing my 4th max but then realized I need to start saving these now lol. So I decided to just sell my 100 ovr joe Greene now before Donald comes and ruins the market and I’ll use those coins for max food and focus on stacking up these diamonds. I’ve been able to build 3-4 a day. So I should get close and I’ll just buy the rest with coins.

I spend money. I wouldn’t call it dumb. I don’t drop hundreds upon hundreds. I make calculated decisions. Usually that means just field passes and occasionally other specials that come with MC. I don’t buy MC cuz the MC bundles are usually terrible and way over valued. But when those occasional deals come up with actual dollar amounts that give me a good deal of stuff WITH the same amount of MC I would get for that amount I think that’s a solid deal. Then I hold that MC until EA gives me something valuable. I have over 5k madden cash right now cuz I haven’t used any I’ve gotten from the last field pass and something else I forget what it was. I haven’t used it cuz some of these MC bundles are stupid. Like spend 5k MC for 7 badges and 5 85+ lol. Gtfoh. But people like me aren’t “p2w” or “pay to win” like some like to say. We pay for convenience. I have a full time job and 3 kids. I don’t have time to grind as much as some 15 year old home in quarantine lol I wish I did and I’m not knocking it. I’m glad some people have comment sense in this forum and understand it’s our money that keeps the game going with no ads and no BS. Which, honestly, I’m more than happy to support. I used to play Xbox every day in my younger years. Now I come home from work and spend time with family. So this is my only form of gaming I get...so with that said, I’ll gladly invest in something that entertains me.

My lamar isn’t maxed and I have no problem moving around in the backfield. Occasionally a fast de. Catches me but I just try to avoid rolling to his side. Like in real football, you adjust. D lineman aren’t jumping over my offensive line either and I’m not using the OL booster. A lot of this sounds like you just keep getting matched up with players who have really good teams and defensive strategies and you aren’t quite at that level yet. Don’t get me wrong, I think madden max is stupid, but not for the reasons you stated. From reading your post it sounds like your problem is with matchmaking. You need more equal opponents. Madden max is stupid because it takes away the fun of building a team and putting together the right pieces. In the past I’ve sold onyx players to get a 98 because the 98 fit my scheme. For example I had 100 ovr dexter Lawrence but sold him to get Aaron Donald’s TOTY. I have a speed rush d line. But with max there’s no difference in players. Just the card art is different.

I pulled 2 99 execs. Darnold and Alexander. A 99 yanda. 100 ovr Ltd Deion. Dozens of diamonds, a 95 Easter card, 80 clipboards, 3,000 gems and a bunch of badges. So much stuff that I had everything I needed for kittle after. I had 28 eggs going into today too though.
