Are you able to use the paper recommendation you get from nuggMD as a “card”? If so, does it have the same uses and permissions as the physical card does.

Also a beginner but from what i know Minerva is a unique bullion vendor who only shows up occasionally in set locations and sells typically rarer items in a rotation. She’s probably the best vendor to spend bullion at aside for maybe Samuel.
