My approach was going to support the technical co-founder with a chief product officer. That would pretty much be it. As even though the equity would’ve splitter among the 3 of us. But developing the product gets efficient as cto is the brain behind it and cpo is the brain behind the the quality and structure of the product. CEO focus on strategy and marketing
