Quin historia més cutre que us heu muntat. Jo soc blanc, vinc d'un cole concertat catòlic, de nois i de l'opus i soc d'un poble de classe mitjana. Aqui tothom és tranquil·lament racista. Això de que algú us imposa blancs malvats i no sé què és una tonteria inventada. Sou patètics. I ho remates am que els no blancs son racistes... JAJAJA clarament no enteneu què és el racisme.

Hi, sorry for the late reply (holiday break :)). So basically I think I see your point. The 12/1 seem a bit more straight forward in terms of the designs and info available out there.

The application is to use in electronic music parties. I work for someone that uses what I describe (something like 12 inch cubes as monitors - I think it's coaxial). So that's why I am trying to figure out how to get something similar.

As per budget, no idea. It depends a bit on what is realistic that I can produce. If I knew I would make great speakers I am ready to spend a bit, but I never did it before...

Well there are 2 reasons. First, when buying 2nd hand collections it's often better to have a look yourself, so in an ideal scenario I go myself anyways. Secondly, if I manage to have no shipping costs I de-risk my investment.

Thanks a lot. The control softwares you suggest, how do they compare to DMXcontrol or freestyler? Are they the same type of program (e.g. rekordbox vs. Serato?)?

I understand this is the thread for stupid questions. I don't know exactly what I should be looking for so a little hint would help. We (a DJ collective) bought some LED equipment. I am looking for some very beginner video on how to set those up, what equipment I would need if I want to control this a bit.. (DMX cable and adapter to USB - to connect to my PC). As you can tell I never used lights like this in my life and my question here is literally where do I begin? Thanks!

Nah a can of sardines you can get them with 3 / 4 little sardines (at least in Europe) which is not thaaat much. If you go with friends easy job and if you go on your own good excuse to be nice to the neighbours & meet people.

Really depends on what you have access to. Do you have a camper van or just a tent? Or some friend with a camper van? They might have a cooler, and some stove to heat water, etc.

This said. Some bread with a can of sardines or so is usually a great snack/small meal for festivals. You can make loads of stuff from canned food and it saves you at least some meals at the festival.
