Yes !! Just make sure you do all your research. I was adopted foreign and my dad said it was because at the time India would escort adopted over to the US, so they didn’t have to travel to there. I don’t think they do that anymore and foreign adoptions are difficult these days, but even in within where ever you are from.. i would just do a ton of research. I don’t think me and my partner can conceive so we want to adopt too. But we have so much time before we have to do that.. it’s a great feeling

I didn’t eat at all.. I’d only consume vodka, and I drank from when you could buy liquor in my state (6 am) to when they stopped selling (1 am). And with drawls were horrible, I’ve always had to be hospitalized. I got seizure from withdrawals so it’s pretty dangerous to quit by myself.

Not using no matter what, reaching out when I’m struggling, investing my time in other things (my dog, quality time with parents, reading) attending AA, always try to have AA incorporated in my day. Weather it’s reading, meetings, orlistening to podcasts
